What happens to the details and the CV you send us through this site, in plain terms.
Only what the form asks for: your name, your email address, a LinkedIn URL if you give one, roughly where you are based, and your CV. We also record which page you sent it from, so the right consultant sees it.
Nothing else. We do not ask for your salary, your current employer, your date of birth or anything about your background beyond what you have chosen to put in your own CV.
To do the thing you asked us to do: have a consultant read it and contact you about roles. That is the only purpose.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which is why the box on the form starts unticked and why nothing happens until you tick it. You can withdraw that consent whenever you like and we will delete everything.
Both are processors acting on our instructions under contract. Nobody else sees any of it.
Your CV file is held at a long, unguessable web address, and that address is not password protected. It cannot realistically be guessed or found through a search engine, but anyone who was given the link could open it. We are telling you because it would be easy to assume otherwise.
This is why we do not keep the file for long — see below.
We never send your CV or your details to a client without asking you first. A consultant will speak to you, tell you which company it is, and ask before anything goes anywhere. That is how we work, and it is not something you have to request.
The CV file: 30 days. A consultant reads it and takes what matters into our CRM well before then, and after 30 days we delete the file and the web address stops working. If you would like it gone sooner, ask and we will delete it that day.
When a file is deleted it disappears from our systems immediately, but copies can sit in the delivery network's cache for up to 24 hours afterwards. We cannot clear that cache by hand, so it is honest to say a day rather than instantly.
Your details and career history: two years from the last time we spoke, then deleted. If we place you, or there is a live conversation running, we keep them while that is true and the two years start again from the end of it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to us holding it at all, and to have it sent to you in a portable form. There is no charge and we will answer within one month.

We use PostHog to count page views and understand which roles people read. That is separate from anything you submit and is not connected to your application.
